Pro Rank Marketing ("Pro Rank Marketing," "we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Timothy Ritter in Lakeland, Florida, provides custom websites, local SEO and related marketing services to small businesses. This policy explains what we collect through prorankmarketing.com and in providing our services, how we use and share it, and your choices.

1. Information you give us

When you fill out our Get Started form, email or call us, or become a client, we may collect:

• Contact details: your name, business name, email address and phone number
• Business details: website, desired domain, business address, cities and services you want to target, Google Business Profile link, whether you get leads from Google, business hours, competitors, goals and timeline
• Branding preferences: logo status, colors, style, fonts and example websites
• Anything else you tell us, and our communications with you
• For clients: agreement, billing and project information, and account login details for our client portal. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our providers automatically receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring website:

• Our website platform (an AI-powered website builder): our website platform's first-party page-view statistics
• Google Fonts (Google LLC): delivers the fonts used on our site and receives your IP address
• Hosting and security providers (such as Cloudflare): deliver and protect the site and may set a security cookie (for example __cf_bm)

While you fill out the Get Started form, your answers are temporarily saved in your own browser (session storage) so you don't lose them. They're cleared when you submit or close the browser tab.

We don't use Google Analytics, advertising or remarketing pixels (such as Meta/Facebook Pixel or Google Ads), or session-recording ("replay") tools on this website.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare a plan or quote, and contact you by phone or email about it
• To build, host and maintain websites and perform SEO and marketing services you hire us for
• To manage client agreements, billing and support
• To keep our website secure and working properly, and to meet legal obligations

We don't send marketing emails or texts unless you ask us to, and we don't add form submissions to a mailing list.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us operate: Our website platform (an AI-powered website builder), Supabase (database and form processing), our email and phone providers, our payment processor, and Google services we use for client work (for example Google Business Profile and Search Console), only as needed for your project
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, clients or others
• As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business

5. Data retention

We keep inquiries for up to 2 years if you don't become a client. For clients, we keep project, agreement and billing records for as long as we provide services and as required for business, tax and legal records. After that we delete them or remove identifying details.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing or calling us below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals; we don't use advertising trackers.

8. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
